Like everyone else in New Orleans, I love Halloween. It's a great excuse to watch scary movies all night, cook cozy comfort food and dress my dogs in silly costumes. (Poor Peanut - he gets the worst of it because he is willing to lay around in almost anything I put on him including hats!)
